Hey, I'm Nic van Oss π
I am the MTSS & School Climate Specialist at the St. Croix River Education District (SCRED) in east central Minnesota, and I also support district communications. My background and training is School Psychology, and I received Educational Specialist and Masters degrees from the University of Delaware.
π I started this website in 2017 in order to share my iAscend progress monitoring project. SCRED had recently replaced iAscend with an enterprise software platform, but I knew educators out there could still benefit from it.

π Be Good People and my broader school climate work have led to consultation and training across the country, including California, Connecticut, Michigan, Nebraska, and more.Β
π I also created SCRED's Case Manager Resources website, and I manage our main district website.
